Accusations Against the Petitioner
The prosecution alleged that Janeesh P.S., the third accused, was responsible for event management. He allegedly entrusted stage work to another person, who is the fifth accused. The petitioner claimed he did not organize the event or give instructions for the stage setup from which Ms. Thomas fell. He sought to quash the first information report against him.
